The leadership of SEG has created a culture within the organization where we can contribute our talents to the success of our clients and SEG. We are allowed to use our strengths and focus on what we do best. As an organization, SEG offers the opportunity to grow and improve professionally. We have a collaborative environment that allows us to develop the best solutions for our clients with the collective experience of all of us.
Susan Hall: 00:00 Every time we come together we talk about how great it is to work for this company. I think it would be helpful if we shared from our own personal perspectives why we like working with SEG so much. I know from my experience I can't believe I've been with your organization for 20 years and it's just flown by because I wake up every day excited to work with the people that we work with, the projects, and the interesting clients that we get to work with. But, primarily I think it all stems from the leadership of the organization. They've really created a culture where we get to contribute our talents and contribute in a way that's very individual to us.
Tim Deuitch: 00:53 For my part, I'm somebody that for a long time I wanted to tap into what people have told me, "You're a natural consultant, you're a natural trainer and a problem solver for accounts." What I love about being able to do that here is that I'm 100 percent focused on it. Unlike a lot of other organizations, my role isn't clouded out by other things I'm assigned. I get to do those things that I love in an environment and culture where everybody is aligned around the same things. It's really cool.
Marilyn Seidl: 01:24 What I really like about my job is I've really been able to grow in my job. I started out as an admin. I took over as an office manager and now I do project management and manage public seminars. What's really neat is that I've had the opportunity to grow and learn and I feel there's been a trust there and it has kind of come together for me as a team building thing because I've been able to work with everybody at SEG. I've been able to come in more contact with clients because of the project management so I really appreciate the opportunity.
Joane Ramsey: 01:59 I think for me it's been an amazing ride to Susan's point. It's like we have our own business and yet we have this great resource of expertise that we can tap into and there's a collaboration around when we need to solve a problem. We can go to these experts and get feedback and additional thoughts in how we can present a good solution to our clients.
Susan Hall: 02:29 I think really to probably summarize, we have created, under Bob and Holly's leadership, an organization that really does our best and I think really successfully walks our talk in terms of how people want to be treated and need to be treated in today's business environment. I think in a lot of ways we get to be the living examples of what that potential looks like and that's really exciting.
Joane Ramsey: 02:58 We're all passionate about it. There's no doubt about it.
Tim Deuitch: 03:00 Everybody is on the same page.
Marilyn Seidl: 03:00 I agree.
Best of luck and let me know how I can help you achieve more effective training!
