Customer and Sales Support/Administrative Position

A values-driven, highly customer focused, St. Charles-based office of a worldwide
training company is looking for a customer/sales support person to join their team. This is
an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, versatile individual who is able to juggle a
variety of activities. 

Responsibilities include: responding to customer requests, coordinating client projects, creating and/or editing and formatting documents, general office management and some data entry. Successful candidates should be customer-focused, have exceptional planning and coordination skills, written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
